Business Process AnalysisGather and analyze client requirements for project management, costing, and billing Map business needs to Oracle PPM modules Conduct fit-gap analysis 2. Module ExpertiseTypical modules an Oracle PPM functional consultant works on:Project Financial Management (Costing, Billing, Revenue) Project Execution Management Resource Management Project Portfolio Management Grants Management (if applicable) 3. Configuration & SetupConfigure project templates, task structures, and financial plans Set up cost rates, burden schedules, and billing cycles Define project accounting rules 4. Implementation LifecycleParticipate in end-to-end implementations (RFP → Go-Live → Support) Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) Support testing phases: SIT, UAT 5. Integration & CollaborationWork with technical teams for integrations (ERP, HCM, Procurement) Coordinate with stakeholders, project managers, and business users 6.
