The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and SQL, with experience building high-performance distributed systems.Required Skills8+ years of experience in Java backend development.Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17.Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.Experience developing Microservices architecture.Strong experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven applications.Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL).Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations.Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.Familiarity with Git and Maven/Gradle.Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
