Lead Technical Program ManagerWe are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager in our Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN Location. All employees should work at their assigned location; however, this role may offer the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week, with approvals.All applicants for placement in safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test.Key Responsibilities:Lead development of and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverables on complex, multi-faceted hardware R&D programsOrganize and coordinate with multiple technical and operational teamsLead regular status meetings, project reviews, and end-of-task retrospectivesEnsure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress between technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentationsIdentify opportunities to accelerate schedule or develop needed technologiesAbility to travel up to 25%You Must Have:Bachelor's degree minimumMinimum 8+ years' experience in technical program managementDirect experience supporting or executing federal programs which includes strict adherence to reporting metrics, audits, and compliance requirementsDue to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee statusDue to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.We Value:Master's degree in a STEM fieldProven track record of guiding complex technology from R&D and prototypingA background in quantum computing, optics and photonics, or experimental physicsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience in product developmentPrior experience in Quantum industryExperience seeing technology-based projects through the full life cycle including managing schedule, risk, and budgetPrior experience on first-of-its-kind, early technology-based products or projectsResourcefulness and the ability to predict challenges to proactively head-off obstaclesExcellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for othersExperience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentalityAbility to adapt tactics and strategies to meet diverse, early phase, and strongly technical projectsThorough understanding of risk and opportunity analysis and management processes related to program planning$164,000 - $205,000 a year Compensation & Benefits: Incentive Eligible – Range posted is inclusive of bonus target. The pay range for this role is $164,000 – $205,000 annually.
