Overview Face Reality Skincare is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to own the end-to-end revenue operating system for B2B, spanning Medical and Professional channels, field sales, inside sales, national accounts, and education-driven revenue. This senior, operator-first role focuses on performance visibility, forecasting accuracy, quota and incentive mechanics, and cross-functional revenue alignment. Success is measured by forecast reliability, execution rigor, and leadership confidence in the numbers. Location and eligibility : Hybrid role based out of the San Ramon office (Tuesday–Thursday on site; Monday and Friday remote). This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the US without current or future sponsorship. Responsibilities Own the weekly and monthly business rhythm: gap-to-plan analysis, driver diagnosis, and action tracking across all B2B teams; deliver clear, team-specific performance views that translate insights into actions. Create and enforce consistent KPI definitions and operating standards across channels and motions. Own the sales forecasting cadence and methodology across Medical and Pro, including field, inside, national accounts, and education-driven revenue; partner with Finance and Analytics to ensure forecasts are accurate, explainable, and decision-ready for leadership and board reporting. Improve forecast reliability by systematizing inputs, assumptions, and risk identification. Define requirements for executive and team dashboards; standardize recurring reporting and business commentary to drive outcomes. Lead annual and in-year quota planning and governance; support coverage, capacity, and book/territory design in partnership with Sales leadership. Own commissions and quota-linked incentive mechanics; partner with Finance/HR on administration and controls; ensure accuracy, transparency, and trust. Ensure cross-functional revenue alignment, establishing shared definitions and routines to prevent multiple sources of truth. Identify and pilot AI use cases to reduce manual effort and improve predictability; collaborate with Analytics/IT for responsible deployment. Work with CRO, VP of Sales, Finance, Analytics, Growth Marketing, and Sales leadership to enable data-driven decision making. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus. 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations in a B2B environment. Experience building and operating Sales Ops under a CRO/VP of Sales with cross-functional partnerships. Proven track record supporting multi-channel sales motions (inside, field, national/strategic accounts). Experience scaling a revenue organization (e.g., from under $50M to $200M+ or equivalent complexity). Strong analytical and financial acumen (forecasting, KPI design, segmentation, quota/commission mechanics). Experience partnering with analytics and data warehouses to deliver trusted, self-serve insights. Exposure to AI-enabled sales operations or forecasting improvements; pragmatic, impact-driven mindset. Hands-on, executive-level communicator who can drive clarity, alignment, and accountability.
