Supports clinical teams in implementing best practices and achieving project goals. Assists in the development and execution of strategic plans to foster excellence in clinical operations and quality performance. Monitors project progress, performance metrics, and compliance with regulatory standards. Coordinates activities and resources across multiple clinical sites to ensure alignment and efficiency. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address operational challenges. Analyzes data and prepares reports to inform decision-making and track project outcomes. Facilitates communication. Develops and implements policies and procedures to standardize clinical operations. Engages in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. Provides training and education to staff on new protocols, procedures and quality reporting requirements. Participates in performance review councils and other governance structures.
