We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team! As a vital part of our hospitality experience, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm for food, drinks, and creating memorable dining experiences will help foster a lively atmosphere where guests want to return again and again. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary knowledge, sales skills, and passion for hospitality in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. *Duties* * Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks to enhance their experience * Take accurate orders using POS systems * Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness * Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to maximize sales opportunities * Process cash transactions accurately and handle credit card payments securely using POS systems * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting stations, and adhering to food safety protocols * Assist with food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth restaurant operations * Provide expert knowledge on wine pairings, spirits, and beverage service to elevate the guest experience * Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally * Support team members during busy periods by coordinating service flow and ensuring timely delivery of orders *Experience* * Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting is required; fine dining experience is highly preferred * Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques * Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and processing sales efficiently * Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols in the food industry is necessary * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while supporting restaurant operations seamlessly * Knowledge of culinary techniques or kitchen experience is a plus but not required Join us as a Server if you’re passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a vibrant environment, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
