We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast.Union membership is required at the time of hire or within the applicable application window.Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair issues in diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, transmissions, steering, and other systemsPerform preventative maintenanceRun diagnostic tests and interpret results accuratelyPerform Federal Motor Carrier periodic inspectionsUse power, machine and hand tools safelyFollow all repair shop regulations and standardsRoad calls as neededQualifications:3-5 years of experience as a truck and/or equipment mechanicProficient in equipment software diagnosis, and repair, based on manufacturing specificationsStrong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systemsExperience in welding preferredExperience repairing paving equipment a plusStrong attention to detailGood diagnostic skillsBasic math skillsTo access different languages for the application process, click START YOUR APPLICATION.
