In this key role, you will lead proposal development, oversee customer account activities, coordinate order execution, and strengthen long-term partnership relationships that support growth and customer satisfaction.What You’ll DoBuild & Strengthen Customer Partnerships: Develop productive relationships with new and existing partnership customers by collaborating with Regional Managers, manufacturers’ representatives, and internal teams.Prepare Technical & Commercial Proposals: Review customer specifications, technical drawings, and commercial terms to develop accurate proposals for products, parts, and services. Clarify, negotiate, and close proposals, and obtain customer feedback for continuous improvement.Manage Manufacturing Slot Reservations: Reserve production capacity for partnership customers and monitor schedules to ensure delivery commitments align with customer expectations.Process & Turn Over Orders: Confirm incoming customer orders match approved proposals. Enter orders and coordinate turnover to Engineering, Production, and Contract Administration.
