Regional Sales Manager Company: MAC PanelLocation: WA; Remote (Up to 50% Travel)Position OverviewMAC Panel is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence in key high-reliability markets, with a primary focus on Aerospace & Defense. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth across a defined region.Secondary market focus includes automotive/industrial and medical/semiconductor, with additional opportunities in emerging industries utilizing mass interconnect solutions.This is a remote position requiring up to 50% travel to support customer engagement, onsite meetings, and industry events.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth and market penetration within the Aerospace & Defense sector (primary focus)Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across assigned territoryManage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accountsExpand sales efforts into automotive/industrial and medical/semiconductor marketsIdentify and pursue opportunities in additional industries that can benefit from mass interconnect solutionsDevelop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectivesCollaborate with engineering, product management, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutionsConduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrationsMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updatesRepresent MAC Panel at trade shows, conferences, and customer sitesProvide market feedback to support product development and positioningQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in:Aerospace & Defense (strongly preferred)Test systems, connectivity, or interconnect solutionsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience managing long, complex sales cyclesStrong understanding of engineering-driven sales environmentsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentWillingness and ability to travel up to 50%Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with mass interconnect systems, automated test equipment (ATE), or electronic test environmentsExperience working with OEMs, integrators, or defense contractorsExposure to regulated industries such as medical or semiconductor manufacturing
