Accounting Billing Specialist

We are seeking an Accounting Billing Specialist to join our Accounting Team. This position will report to the Controller and is responsible for the accurate and timely billings for the company.Responsibilities:o Review Billing to ensure proper documentation is provided by customero Customers are being billed accurately according to hard copy purchase ordero Correct shipping costs are applied to the order and invoiceo Correct customer account is being usedo Process invoice, send invoice to the customero Ensure customers receive invoiceso Process invoices on customer portalso Answer internal and external inquirieso Report issues at the time their occuro Special projects as assignedQualifications:o Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related preferredo 1+ years of billing experience o Experience with online billing portals to submit invoicing desired, not requiredo Good organizational and administrative skillso Proficient with Excel
