Creative Services Assistant
The Quad Cities River Bandits are looking for a 2026 seasonal (May-August/September) creative services assistant. The person in this position reports directly to the Director of Creative Services & Production as well as the Vice President of Sales. They will assist with creative service needs for events and outside marketing. Responsibilities include creating print ads, sponsorship graphics, and proposals. They will also assist with proof of performance preparation and media archiving. This position requires creativity and a strong background in graphic design. Game-day responsibilities include helping the production team manage the video & ribbon boards, music system, and closed-circuit broadcasts.Major Job Duties include but are not limited to:Create graphics for events, advertising, Internet promotion and other team needs.Create front- and back-end digital materials for client attraction and retention.Creating advertising pamphlets, including pocket schedules, ticket/group sales brochures, sponsorship sales brochures, individual sales proposals, promotional posters, etc.Organize and archive all graphics files.Prepare, organize and distribute proof of performance materials.Other related duties as required.Technology Skills Required:Office Suite-Microsoft OfficeOperating System Software-Microsoft WindowsAdobe Photoshop, InDesign or other graphic design programsProduction software (Click Effects/ Crossfire, Blaze, etc.)Traits Required:Analytical skillsAbility to communicate in English both verbally and in writingAbility to work independently and to self-motivateOrganizational and teamwork skillsAttention to detailAbilities Required:Time ManagementMultitasking in a stressful environmentFlexibilityConfidenceEducation and Experience Required:Working towards a college degree or current college graduate in production/graphic design/creative services.Context:Seasonal (May-August/September) 40 Hours Per Week (work hours will change depending on if the team is home or on the road)Job Questions:What date would you be available to start?You are aware per the job description that this is a seasonal role (May-August/September)?
