Urgent Care Northeast Oregon Hospital employed practice seeks a BC/BE Family Practitioner - Urgent Care to join their team Salary: $300,000+ includes annual quality incentives up to $45K, RVU bonus based on annual threshold Join two Physicians and two APPs in practice Urgent Care is open 10 hours a day Mon-Sun Patient volume: Average of 20-30 patients/day (more if desired) Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day Work schedule: 4-day work week Population: 35,000 Rural area offering a healthy work/life balance A robust benefits package is offered, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a health equity account, life insurance, retirement plans, student loan repayment assistance, 401K match, paid malpractice coverage, and more Located approximately two hours from Pasco, WA and 4 hours from Portland, OR Pendleton Airport, located 45 minutes away, offers daily flights to Portland.
