Account Manager Decorative (Remote)The Company Klöckner Pentaplast is a globally recognized leader in the packaging and specialty film industry, renowned for its commitment to sustainability and innovation. This position is responsible for achieving the sector's revenue and margin targets within the Decorative sector, with a focus on the DACH and Eastern Europe regions. The incumbent develops and implements customer plans and strategies within the area of responsibility and maintains relationships with customers and industry partners in the sales territory. In addition, "back-selling" kp products to kitchen and furniture manufacturers is a key aspect of this role. The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Germany.Key tasks and responsibilities include developing and implementing customer service plans to achieve industry- and region-specific goals, preparing and coordinating budgets, closely monitoring and managing the balance between sales and margins, evaluating market analyses, actively managing order entry and the order backlog, and representing the company by participating in industry events.Requirements include a bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the decorative film industry, analytical and strategic skills, a dynamic, persuasive, and empathetic personality, understanding of markets, customers, design, and operational systems, proficiency in Salesforce, PriceFX, and SAP, fluency in German and English, and willingness to travel frequently as required by the position.
