We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Lead the development, authorship, and lifecycle management of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for complex, mission-critical programs.• Serve as the primary documentation authority, translating operational needs and technical concepts into clear, executable requirements.• Work closely with program managers, engineers, operators, and government stakeholders to capture intent and ensure alignment.• Apply disciplined documentation practices to resolve ambiguity and prevent downstream execution risk.• Operate with extreme ownership and accountability, proactively identifying and driving solutions.• Contribute to the evolution of PRD standards and best practices.What You'll Need• Knowledge of requirements development practices, including translating stakeholder inputs into clear, traceable written requirements.• Ability to work independently with minimal direction in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.• A Secret clearance is required.• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in technical documentation, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary of $86,800 - $198,000.• Comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits.• Opportunities for professional development and tuition assistance.• A culture that supports work-life programs and recognizes employee contributions.Apply via Haystack today!
