In this role, you will help provide nutritious meals and create a positive, welcoming dining experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to menus and therapeutic diet requirements for skilled nursing facility and assisted livingFollow all food safety and sanitation standardsMonitor food temperatures and maintain required logsEnsure proper food storage and labelingAssist with kitchen prep and organizationServe meals to residents in a friendly, respectful mannerAssist residents in the skilled nursing facility and assisted living during mealtimes as neededFollow portion control and dietary guidelinesMaintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areasQualifications Qualifications Previous cooking or food service experience requiredServSafe certification preferred
