Automotive Associate Sales Manager | Sales Manager Trainee
Susquehanna Ford is seeking a driven and talented automotive sales professional to join our team as Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager Trainee. This unique role is split 50% Salesperson and 50% Assistant Sales Manager. Income will be generated in the same 50/50 proportion — you will earn commissions from your personal sales production while also receiving management overrides and bonuses as you take on leadership responsibilities.This position is designed as a clear succession opportunity. The successful candidate will work directly with our current Sales Manager and is expected to step into the full Sales Manager role within 6–12 months upon their retirement.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive sales, a proven ability to meet and exceed goals, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience. You must be skilled at overcoming objections, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with a progressive, family-owned dealership.This is a commission-based position with income derived from personal sales production, product penetration, team performance, and meeting dealership goals.
