User Experience Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, efficient, and impactful digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in interaction/interface design, user analysis, and documentation of user requirements. You will be responsible for designing and conducting usability tests, interpreting findings, and presenting actionable design recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders. Proficiency in prototyping software, including Axure RP and AdobeXD, is essential.Qualifications:6+ years of direct experience in interaction/interface design using user-centered methods.6+ years of experience documenting user requirements, screen designs, and delivering actionable design recommendations.4+ years of experience designing and conducting formative usability tests.4+ years of experience preparing and presenting usability findings and design solutions to diverse audiences.Proficiency in Axure RP and AdobeXD prototyping software.Strong understanding of user research methodologies and the ability to translate insights into intuitive design solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to stakeholders.
