A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time, On-Site, Correctional LPN in Berlin, PA! We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care within a correctional facility. This role involves delivering routine and urgent nursing care to incarcerated individuals in a secure environment while maintaining compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and safety protocols. Correctional LPN Compensation The pay for this position is $30.00/hr Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Correctional LPN Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM / rotating weekends Correctional LPN Responsibilities · Provide hands-on nursing care to inmates within a correctional healthcare setting · Administer medications, injections, and prescribed treatments accurately and on schedule · Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, symptoms, and responses to care · Respond to sick calls, medical requests, and urgent health concerns · Assist with basic medical procedures under physician or RN supervision · Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility standards · Follow strict safety, security, and infection control procedures at all times · Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare and correctional staff to support patient care Correctional LPN Requirements · Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice · Ability to work in a secure correctional environment · Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills · Ability to follow protocols, policies, and chain-of-command procedures · Effective communication and teamwork skills If you think this Correctional LPN position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me—feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting
