Contract Research Associate I/II (Primary Cell Culture)

Position located in Boston, MAResponsibilities of the Research Associate I/II (Primary Cell Culture):Will perform primary tissue culture technique, transfection, and handle complex cell linesGeneration, analysis and interpretation of molecular assay data using advanced methodologies including qPCR and plate-based assaysPerform data analysis when required and present own data to the group.Requirements of the Research Associate I/II (Primary Cell Culture):BS in Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field and 1-3 years relevant experience.Must have mammalian tissue culture experience, primary cell culture and transfection are a plus.Assay development experience is a plus.Coding experience is plus (Python, Perl, R, etc.)
