NOW HIRING: FINISHING ASSOCIATE (BINDING & PRINTING MATERIALS) Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Shift: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Schedule: Rotating schedule Week 1: 3 days on Week 2: 4 days on Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finishing Associate to join our production team in Sun Prairie. In this role, you will be responsible for completing the final steps in the printing process, including binding, cutting, and packaging printed materials. Responsibilities Operate finishing equipment such as binders, cutters, laminators, and folders Bind printed materials including books, manuals, and brochures Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Trim, collate, and assemble materials according to job specifications Package completed jobs for shipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Meet daily production goals and deadlines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous printing, binding, or manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail Dependable with good attendance Why Join Us?
