General Labor Field Team - Exterior Homes Services Pay: $16-$20/hr + bonus + tips. Hiring Immediately for Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal & Student Jobs We operate Mon-Sun from 8 am-5 pm and offer flexible schedules. Must be available to work at least 2 shifts per week. As a Pressure Washer Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning various surfaces using pressure washing equipment. Duties: - Operate pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as buildings, sidewalks and curves, house wash (siddings), roof tops, driveway, porch/back patios, decks/house balcony, walk-ways -Cleaning of interior and exterior gutters -Cleaning of exterior windows -Instalation of Holiday or Permanent lights (No need of prior experience) - Perform routine maintenance on pressure washing equipment - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating pressure washing machinery - Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively - Maintain cleanliness of work areas after completing jobs Qualifications: - English speaker is a must (Spanish speaker is a plus) - A positive, friendly attitude & good written and verbal communication skills - Previous experience physical labor jobs and a strong work ethic - Customer service experience & sales representative - Prior experience in commercial cleaning or pressure washing 1yr+ - Ability to operate a scissor lift is a plus -Comfortable with heights and working on ladders is a must (will need to be able to access roof tops and reach gutters and windows) -Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly -Able to do physical work including bending, lifting, and handling tools. - Strong attention to detail and ability to clean effectively - Knowledge of custodial practices is beneficial -Driver's license and acceptable driving history -Reliable transportation We have positions available immediately.
