Quality Control Associate
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to kickstart your career in product quality and operations? We are seeking a Sample Analyst to play a vital role in our quality assurance process. In this position, you will retrieve and track product samples, perform basic inspections, and communicate directly with consumers to resolve product inquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities
Retrieve, store, and manage physical product samples according to established procedures.
Identify, log, and capture all relevant sample information into internal databases.
Conduct basic sample dissection and inspection tasks as required.
Follow up directly with customers regarding product complaints and support consumer care initiatives.
Document all inspection findings and customer interactions in the appropriate tracking systems to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service, quality assurance, or sample/inventory handling.
Basic proficiency using Microsoft systems (Excel, Outlook) and data entry databases.
Solid verbal and written communication skills for professional consumer follow-up.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to strictly follow structured processes.
Ability to handle physical samples and perform basic, hands‑on inspection or dissection tasks.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
Compensation and Schedule
Salary: $19–$20 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
Education: High School
