Student RecruiterThe Student Recruiter is responsible for driving student enrollment by building strong relationships with families and the community, executing outreach strategies, and supporting the full enrollment pipeline from initial interest to first day of school.Reporting to the Dean of Operations, the Student Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring the school meets and exceeds enrollment targets.This role is ideal for a highly motivated, outgoing individual who thrives on relationship-building, goal attainment, and community engagement.Key ActivitiesExecute recruitment strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets.Conduct outreach calls, emails, and text campaigns to prospective families.Schedule and support school tours, information sessions, and enrollment events.Track and monitor enrollment data to ensure strong conversion rates.Participate in weekly field hours.Community Outreach & PartnershipsBuild relationships with local community organizations, businesses, and feeder programs.Represent the school at community events, fairs, and outreach opportunities.Distribute marketing materials and promote the school within the community.Family Engagement & Customer ExperienceServe as a primary point of contact for prospective families.Provide a welcoming, informative, and responsive experience throughout the enrollment process.Support families with application completion and required documentation.Ensure families feel connected, informed, and excited about joining the school.Operational SupportMaintain accurate records of all recruitment efforts and prospective student interactions.Collaborate with the Registrar to ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding processes.Support front office operations and family communication as needed.Assist with special projects related to enrollment campaigns and events.Application acceptance percentage of 50% are enrolledMissionEnsure strong student enrollment by building meaningful relationships with families and executing effective recruitment strategies that connect students to a high-quality educational experience.Success in Year 1:Meet or exceed enrollment targets for FTE1 (October) and FTE2 (February)Strong conversion rate from inquiry to enrollmentIncreased number of qualified leads and applicationsHigh family satisfaction with the enrollment experienceConsistent execution of outreach strategies and eventsCultural Fit Core ValuesAnd How Are the Children?: Focus on recruiting students to schools that support their success.Big Rocks First: Prioritize enrollment goals and high-impact outreach efforts.Own It: Take responsibility for meeting recruitment targets.Expect More: Maintain high energy and persistence in outreach efforts.Results Matter: Use data to drive recruitment strategies and outcomes.QualificationsHigh school diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)13 years of experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or community outreachStrong communication and relationship-building skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for eventsReference ChecksAll final candidates will be asked to arrange three reference checks, including one from a direct supervisor.Background Screening Requirement This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, in accordance with House Bill 531 (2025).
