Experienced Excavator/Operator + CDL-A

Come join our Excavation team -- Boulder-based excavation company needs an experienced operator/excavator with a CDL A who can lead a crew on custom homesites and light commercial earthwork jobs. We're digging foundations, backfilling, grading, over-ex., building CMU block walls, storm drainage, erosion control, underground utilities, installing septic systems, etc. Requirements: -Varied excavation experience. You need to be a jack of all dirt work, able to visualize jobs and coordinate a few guys to get them done. -Able to read plans. Use stakes & grade rod accurately. -Ability to do daily inspection and basic maintenance of the heavy equipment -Hard worker -Team player -Reliable transportation -Sober at work -CDL-A required with clean driving record Pay based on experience.
