This role is responsible for developing referral relationships with healthcare providers, assisted living communities, home health agencies, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, organized, and comfortable working independently while building strong community and healthcare partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain referral relationships with:Physicians and medical practicesHome health agenciesAssisted living and senior living communitiesRehabilitation centersCase managers and discharge plannersPromote Advanced Mobile Wound Care services to healthcare professionals and community partnersConduct in-person visits, presentations, and outreach activitiesGenerate and track new patient referralsMaintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral sourcesCollaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support business growth initiativesAttend networking events and community healthcare meetings as neededMeet monthly referral and patient growth goalsQualifications:Previous healthcare marketing, medical sales, physician liaison, or business development experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyProfessional appearance and demeanorValid driver’s license and reliable transportationExperience in wound care, home health, medical services, or healthcare outreach is a plusCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $65,000 annuallyBonus Structure:$250 bonus for every advanced wound care patient referral over 10 patients per monthMonthly vehicle/travel stipend providedPaid time offSupportive and growing healthcare team environmentOpportunities for professional growth and advancementScheduleFull-TimeMonday – FridayAbout Us Advanced Mobile Wound Care of NY provides specialized mobile wound care services focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care directly to patients in their homes and healthcare facilities.
