EUV Tech stands at the forefront of the next era in advanced semiconductor manufacturing, delivering new and innovative solutions worldwide.If you are looking to push the limits of cutting-edge technology in an impactful role with a talented team, we would love to hear from you!About The RoleThe Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely purchase order processing while collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, operations and facilities in a fast paced environment.Reporting LineReports to the Purchasing & Planning ManagerYour RoleCreates accurate quote requests and purchase orders by verifying specifications and pricing on projects and follows up to ensure receiptVerifies all requisitions have been converted to purchase orders to fulfill orders and confirms delivery datesPartner closely with internal teams and external vendors for PO placement, return processing, back ordered items, supplier communication and price negotiationsSource a variety of goods and services, obtain quotes as necessary and make recommendations based on best quality, delivery and costNegotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and deliveryMonitor delivery of goods to ensure on-time shipments by following up with vendorsParticipate and engage in process improvements and department projectsWork with minimal supervision in processing orders and handling issues/projects of routine scopeEnters order acknowledgments and expected delivery dates from vendors on submitted ordersEnter and maintain necessary data in our ERP system with the most current informationQualifications (Required)BA/BS RequiredPrior experience with vendor management and purchasing processesStrong analytical planning and inventory managementAbility to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external partners.Excellent time management skills and a quick learner with the ability to prioritize appropriately to meet company needsAbility to engage a cross-functional team towards a desired outcomeQualifications (Bonus To Have)ERP/SAP ExperienceSourcing ExperienceKnowledge in mechanical engineeringPosition DetailsThe hourly base salary range for this full-time position is $30-$40 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role.
