Warehouse Operations Floor Supervisor

Warehouse Operations Floor Supervisor The Warehouse Operations Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse floor activities to ensure efficient, and accurate operations. This role provides direct, hands-on supervision of warehouse associates and serves as the first point of leadership on the floor. Responsibilities/Duties: Supervise daily warehouse floor operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity and accuracy goals Train, coach, and support warehouse associates on processes and equipment Monitor attendance, break schedules, and timekeeping compliance Address performance issues, escalate concerns, and document corrective actions as needed Coordinate with management on staffing needs, workload planning, and operational priorities Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure organization, cleanliness, and operations standards are maintained Act as a point of contact for operational issues during assigned shifts Qualifications/Skills: 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of warehouse operations Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, physical environment Basic computer skills (WMS, email, timekeeping systems) Location: Lakewood, NJ (Required) Diversity: All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
