Behavior Interventionist
Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties
Crisis Intervention
Crisis de-escalation and prevention
Behavior Management
Report Writing (various)
Completion of initial assessments
Daily data collection
Transportation
Implements behavioral plans as created by the BCBA or Behavior Specialist
Complete Semi-Annual client reports
Participate in Annual or semi-annual client meetings
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work and at least 3 years experience in the implementation of behavioral intervention
Fingerprint clearance
Good driving record
Ability to work as part of a team
Experience working with adults with challenging behavior and emotional disturbance.
Good organizational and writing skills

Consistent work schedule M-F 7:30 - 3:30
