Job Summary:AbriCare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven high-volume Recruiter to lead our caregiver talent acquisition efforts, currently in Kansas City, Missouri and expanding to surrounding areas in the US. This specialized role focuses exclusively on recruiting, screening, and hiring caregivers, LPNs, and CNAs to meet our growing staffing needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and excels at building community relationships through recruiting events, job fairs, and grassroots outreach. This is not a traditional recruiting role, it requires creativity, persistence, and a passion for connecting with candidates where they are.Job Location: Remote, but preferably near Kansas City, MOTravel: Up to 50% to office / recruiting events Essential Duties and Responsibilities:High-Volume Recruiting:Source, screen, and hire 20+ caregivers, LPNs, and CNAs per month to meet staffing demandsManage full-cycle recruitment from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding handoffConduct high-volume phone screens and schedule in-person interviews efficiently and effectivelyBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future needsUtilize creative sourcing strategies including social media, community outreach, referral programs, and local partnershipsTrack and achieve monthly hiring goals and key performance metricsCommunity Engagement & Recruiting Events:Plan, organize, and host recruiting fairs at local community events, churches, schools, and community centersEstablish AbriCare's presence and reputation as an employer of choice in the Kansas City North areaBuild relationships with community organizations, workforce development centers, and educational institutionsRepresent AbriCare at job fairs, career events, and networking opportunitiesDevelop creative marketing materials and strategies to attract local talentEngage with diverse communities to build inclusive candidate pipelinesApplicant Tracking & Technology:Expertly utilize Greenhouse ATS to manage candidate flow, track metrics, and maintain data integrityEnsure accurate and timely documentation of all candidate interactions and hiring activitiesGenerate reports on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and time-to-fillOptimize ATS workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experienceCollaborate with HR team on Paylocity onboarding transitionsCandidate Experience & Relationship Building:Provide exceptional candidate experience from first contact through hireConduct thorough pre-screening to assess qualifications, availability, and cultural fitEducate candidates on AbriCare's mission, values, and career opportunitiesMaintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring processBuild long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunitiesAddress candidate questions and concerns promptly and professionallyCollaboration & Process Improvement:Partner with HR team to ensure smooth handoff from recruiting to onboardingCoordinate with operations team to understand staffing needs and prioritiesProvide feedback on candidate quality and market trendsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase recruiting efficiencyStay current on local labor market trends and competitive intelligenceRequired Qualifications:2+ years of high-volume recruiting in healthcare experience (in-home caregiver experience strongly preferred)High School Diploma or GED minimumProven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals in fast-paced environmentExpert-level proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience highly preferred)Strong understanding of HR onboarding processes and compliance requirementsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect with diverse candidatesDemonstrated ability to plan and execute successful recruiting eventsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionValid driver's license and reliable transportation for community events and job fairsProficiency with social media recruiting and digital marketing toolsAbility to work flexible hours occasionallyPreferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting for home health or personal care strongly preferredKnowledge of Kansas City, Missouri communities and demographicsBilingual skills (Spanish preferred)Background in community outreach or grassroots marketingUnderstanding of caregiver, LPN, and CNA roles and requirementsExperience with employee referral program, and sign-on bonus tracking and managementPreferred 2-year degreeKey
