We're looking for a Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead crews, manage field operations, and keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is a hands-on leadership role—you'll be in the field supporting your team, solving problems, and ensuring high-quality work on every job.
Supervise and lead plumbing crews across multiple projects
Coordinate schedules, manpower, and materials
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and code requirements
Maintain strong communication with GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
Enforce safety standards and job site compliance
Troubleshoot complex plumbing and installation issues
Mentor and develop apprentices and junior team members
Support hiring, training, and team growth
Experience leading plumbing crews or field teams
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation practices
Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
Commitment to safety, quality, and team success
Experience working with GCs and subcontractors preferred
