Job Description: As a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech, your role is pivotal in delivering high-quality support for cardiac procedures. You will: Assist in preparing patients for catheterization procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety. Set up and maintain the equipment and instrumentation used during procedures. Monitor patients during catheterization, assisting with sterile procedures and responding to any emergent situations. Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure efficient and patient-centered care. Maintain accurate records and documentation specific to Cardiac Cath Lab procedures. Adhere to rigorous healthcare and safety standards. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements: Certification as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech or Radiologic Technologist At minimum, current BLS, and ARRT or RCIS certifications (Certification requirements vary by location). At least 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Tech, actively within the last 12 months. Strong technical skills in the operation and maintenance of cath lab equipment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic Cardiac Cath Lab environment. Travel experience preferred, not required.
