Talent Acquisition RecruiterThe Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across Air Methods. This role will be based at our corporate office in Greenwood Village, Colorado and will support corporate hiring functions by partnering closely with business leaders to fill key roles. The recruiter will lead both local and national recruiting efforts, utilizing traditional sourcing strategies while also bringing forward innovative, creative approaches to talent acquisition.This position will focus on recruiting across a variety of corporate functions, including leadership and executive roles, human resources, IT, finance and accounting, marketing, and more. We are seeking someone with a strong background in corporate recruiting who can help ensure we are hiring the best possible talent to support the organization's goals. Experience with aviation recruiting is a plus.Essential Functions and Responsibilities Include the Following:Develop and execute recruiting plansLead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for open positionsEfficiently and effectively fill open positionsConduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementationDevelop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needPost openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venuesPost positions to appropriate Internet sourcesImprove the company website recruiting page to assist in recruitingResearch new ways of suing the Internet for recruitmentUse social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidatesNetwork through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employeesLocate and document where to find ideal candidatesAid public relations in establishing a recognizable "employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externallyCommunicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leadsCreate contacts within industryAttend local professional meetings and membership development meetingsMaintain regular contact with possible future candidatesCoordinate and implement college recruiting initiativesCoordinate college recruiting initiativesAttend career fairs for recruiting and company recognitionDevelop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruitingGive presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairsAdministrative duties and recordkeepingReview applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirementsConduct prescreening interviewsMaintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employeesAssist in preparing and sending offer packagesOther duties as assignedAdditional Job RequirementsRegular scheduled attendanceIndicate the percentage of time spent travelingSubject to applicable laws and Air Method's policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position.
