Product Owner
Key Responsibilities:Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering strategic product solutions.Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals and market trends, particularly within the banking domain.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, UX, stakeholders) to design and deliver innovative banking products.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable plans.Own and manage the end-to-end requirement lifecycle, ensuring quality, traceability, and timely delivery.Utilize Scrum and Kanban methodologies to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and optimize delivery timelines.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and inform product strategy.Build and maintain strong client relationships; understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment.Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and proactively address challenges.Ensure products comply with banking regulations, standards, and best practices.Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices.Required Skills:Strong expertise in Business Analysis & PlanningIn-depth knowledge of Banking ProductsProven experience in Product Design & StrategyHands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworksExpertise in Requirement Lifecycle ManagementExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsQualifications:8–12 years of experience in Product Ownership / Business Analysis / Product ManagementStrong understanding of banking domain and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated ability to deliver complex products in fast-paced environmentsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExperience working with Agile teams and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) preferredNice to Have:Experience in digital banking, payments, or lending platformsExposure to customer journey mapping and UX designCertifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or PMI-ACP
