This role is ideal for hands‑on IT professionals who enjoy structured rollout work, regional travel, and making a direct impact in clinical and corporate environments. What You’ll Be Doing As a PC Field Technician , you’ll support end‑to‑end deployment execution and validation activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy laptops, desktops, and endpoint devices at clinical and corporate locationsSupport pilot deployments, full rollouts, and post‑deployment activitiesRemove and properly stage legacy equipment during refresh cyclesValidate deployments for:Device connectivityCorrect physical placementFull functionalityFollow site‑specific instructions, schedules, and access requirementsDocument issues and deployment activity in ticketing systemsEscalate technical or program issues through defined pathsMaintain professionalism in regulated and patient‑facing environmentsAssist with quality assurance checks and site acceptanceAll work aligns with standardized deployment and quality assurance best practices. What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Experience2–5 years of corporate IT, desktop, or field support experienceHands‑on experience deploying Windows 10 PCs and laptopsStrong working knowledge of:Active DirectoryOffice 365 / O365Experience validating pre‑built system images (no image creation)Peripheral setup (monitors, docks, keyboards, mice)Basic hardware and connectivity troubleshootingStrong documentation and ticketing experienceExcellent customer service and communication skillsNeed to HaveExperience supporting structured deployment or refresh projectsPrior healthcare or regulated environment experience (helpful, not required) Work Environment & Travel 100% onsite, travel‑based role within Orlando Florida and space coast.Comfortable working in clinical, healthcare‑adjacent, and office environmentsAble to support high‑volume, repetitive deployments while maintaining accuracy and professionalismAdherence to structured processes, readiness gates, and quality standards Pre‑Employment & Compliance Requirements Due to work in regulated healthcare environments, candidates must successfully complete: Motor vehicle record (MVR) checkBackground checkDrug screeningMedical compliance requirements (per healthcare site standards) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
