New York - Family Medicine This FQHC in upstate New York is seeking a Family Medicine doctor to join their practice. There are currently 3 other Family Medicine doctors in the group. Telephone call only and the APP takes the majority of call. The MD gets critical values and may get a question from the APP who does the bulk of the call. The MD call is for a week at a time but there are typically very few calls. The provider can expect to see about 22 patients per day They are expanding their services so that is why they are hiring Compensation/Benefits: The salary is $230k-$250k based on experience and direct patient contact hours Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, NYS Disability, Paid Family Leave, 401k annual contribution, Employee Recognition, Cell Phone Reimbursement The PTO /CME is 4 weeks of vacation, 2 weeks sick, 2 personal days, 7 holidays, 40 hours of CME (along with a CME allowance up to $2,000) The EMR is AthenaOne Student loan repayment is available through HRSA if the Provider is eligible, including working a 36 direct patient contact schedule (up to $75,000) They are able to sponsor J1 Visas
