This role is central to maintaining a productive, safe, and high-functioning workplace that reflects our fast-paced, mission-driven culture.If you’re organized, proactive, and the kind of person who notices (and fixes) things before anyone else does, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be the go-to for office logistics and employee support—keeping the day-to-day experience seamless for the team.What You'll Do:Office Management & Maintenance:Serve as a point of contact for all office-related matters including repairs, vendors, supplies, and space planningCoordinate cleaning and maintenance to ensure a clean and welcoming environmentMaintain and stock inventory of office supplies, kitchen items (daily), and other workplace essentialsManage office lunch programs, employee milestones and birthday gift ordering, and new hire and anniversary swag.Assist in onboarding process for new hires (first day email, office tour, swag box)Facilities Operations Support:Assist in space planning and office moves as the company growsSupport employee desk assignments and seating arrangements in a hybrid remote/in person environmentManage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping logistics, and package deliveriesVendor & Budget CoordinationLiaise with building management and third-party vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service deliveryTrack facilities-related expenses, issue purchase orders, and support budgeting processesHealth, Safety & ComplianceEnforce office safety procedures and lead initiatives to maintain compliance with local regulationsSupport emergency preparedness protocols, including fire drills and first aid station upkeepCulture & Engagement SupportPartner with HR and other departments to help plan company events, employee engagement initiatives, and on-site gatheringsEnsure the workplace reflects SpyCloud’s values and is a positive, inclusive spaceRequirements:1-2+ years of experience in a facilities, office management, or operations support roleStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with basic office software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace); experience with facilities or ticketing tools a plusAbility to lift 25–30 lbs and manage physically active tasks (e.g., moving office equipment)A customer-service mindset and a proactive approach to solving workplace issuesExperience in a fast-paced tech or startup environment preferredNice to HaveComfort operating in ambiguity; our threat landscape changes daily, and so might your to-do listA sixth sense for when the coffee supply is about to run critically low — we consider this a security threatA reputation for being the person colleagues turn to before they even file a requestThis is a part-time 1099 contract role paying $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The expected schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. As a contract role, benefits are not included.
