Creative Services Producer - WNDU WNDU is seeking a Creative Services Producer to join our award-winning promotions team. This full-production position is responsible for writing, shooting, and editing station image campaigns, local commercials, news promotions, and community initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. WNDU is looking for a creative, motivated producer to join our award-winning Creative Services team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys telling compelling stories through promotion and marketing. The Creative Services Producer is responsible for developing, shooting, writing, and editing high-impact promotional campaigns that support WNDU News, station initiatives, community events, and commercial production support. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can manage projects from concept to completion while meeting daily deadlines. Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Write, shoot, and edit promotional/commercial spots for WNDU. Collaborate closely with the Creative Services Director to develop fresh, engaging marketing campaigns that strengthen brands. Produce daily syndicated topicals, public service announcements, proof-of-performance spots, and other on-air and digital marketing materials under tight deadlines. Collaborate closely with sales and clients on commercial production projects. Work closely with newsroom, sales, digital, and station leadership on cross-department initiatives. Capture compelling video and audio in the field using professional production equipment. Edit content for broadcast, streaming, social, and digital platforms while maintaining high production standards. The successful candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Strong writing, shooting, lighting, and non-linear editing skills are essential. Broadcast promotion experience and knowledge of current video production workflows are preferred. Qualifications/Requirements: Highly skilled visual storyteller with demonstrated ability in production, writing, cinematography, and editing. Great communicator who can effectively collaborate across departments. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Team player who is a self-starter and can work independently. Must have a valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record, which meets company policies (will be verified as a condition of employment and checked regularly throughout employment).
