Provide instructional and behavioral support and assistance to classroom teachers and students assigned to a team in a K-8 setting. Supervise students during recess, lunch, and sensory breaks. Record student progress on data sheets, goal sheets, and daily logs to assist the teacher and Behavior Coordinator. Assist with educational classroom needs and student behavior plans. Work collaboratively with a school-based team. Must have strong verbal & written communication skills and communicate effectively with both families & staff. Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively within a team. Must have excellent organizational skills and a positive and energetic attitude. Ability to move around considerably.
