Associate Director of Medicare Sales (On-Site)
Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead strategic direction for Medicare Advantage sales growth across all distribution channels. You'll manage a comprehensive sales organization including delegated entities, agents, Sales Managers and direct sales teams.You will:Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategy aligned with organizational growth targets and CMS regulatory standards.Lead and coach team of Sales Managers, Supervisors, and sales staff on Medicare product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.Ensure 100% CMS compliance across all distribution channels and delegated entities with zero critical audit findings.Manage FMO partnerships and agency distribution channels (5 Delegated Entities and downlines) with strategic relationship oversight.Develop and execute Physician engagement initiatives to drive referrals and Medicare market share growth.Partner with Operations and Compliance on CRM configuration, lead pipeline, and sales forecasting.Location: Los Angeles County.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm PST, occasional evenings, weekends and peak season extends Oct 1 - March 31.Salary: $128,500-298,100 annually.Job QualificationsWe are seeking a strategic leader with:Required:Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience/training8 or more years of sales leadership experience with progressively responsible managerial roles, with a minimum 5 years in Medicare or Medicare Advantage environmentMinimum 10 years of management-level experience within major healthcare organizations, health systems, or related entitiesDeep knowledge and understanding of Medicare Advantage products, markets, CMS selling requirements, and compliance frameworksUtilizes advanced sales forecasting, revenue planing, and market analytics skillsCommunicates effectively with executives, brokers, FMOs, agencies, and cross-functional partnersLeads sales teams through coaching, development, and performance planningExecutes competitive analysis to inform market strategy and channel prioritiesUses CRM tools to support pipeline accuracy and forecastingKnowledgeable of Medicare market trends and competitive dynamicsDevelops training programs related to Medicare product knowledge and sales complianceExpert-level knowledge of delegated entity oversight and regulatory complianceCalifornia Department of Insurance Health and Accident License (must obtain within the first 60 days)Expert-level presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)Demonstrated experience managing distribution channels with CMS compliance oversightPreferred:Medicare Advantage industry experience with prior CMS audit involvementAdditional advanced degree or professional certificationsAs a condition of employment the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.J-18808-Ljbffr
