Description:Location - Raytheon Billerica MAIT Express / Tech Bar positonUS Citizenship requiredMAX bill rate = XXXX6 years minimum of experience in deskside/desktop break/fix support.Previous experience in tech bar/walk-up service a PLUS.Excellent customer service, written, verbal, and communication skills a MUST.Excellent Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office Suite trouble shooting skills as well has hardware troubleshooting skills required.Must be able to think on their feet, and have the ability to fix a variety of Windows OS issues, Outlook email and calendar issues, and general Office Suite issues. Trouble shoot no boot and possible hardware issues.Investigate account and various password issues to be able to escalate to proper groups for resolution.iOS / Apple mobile (iPhone/iPad) troubleshooting skillset required within an enterprise environment, troubleshooting skillset required - Mobile Iron, Outlook, etc.Service Now experience a PLUS.
