Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.The Project Manager, Change & Regulatory Initiatives is responsible for managing and ensuring the successful execution of regulatory-driven and product-related changes within the operations organization by planning, implementing, and monitoring initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.As part of the New Product Development team, which oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, this role focuses specifically on changes impacting existing product lines, including reformulation, compliance updates, and adjustments to filling, packaging, and production processes. This role involves full ownership of projects by working closely with regulatory, product development, operations, and marketing teams.This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to realization, including conception, engineering, new tooling, color development, production, and filling/assemblyDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholdersSet deadlines, track progress, and provide project updates for company-wide visibilityManage multiple concurrent projects across various stages of the product development cycleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to control project changes, mitigate risks, and ensure accountability for deliverablesLead weekly Operations Meetings, maintaining project timelines and trackers for key stakeholdersFoster clear and timely communication across cross-functional teamsAssess project risks and identify process improvement opportunities, implementing actionable plans as neededEscalate and communicate critical project issues, next steps, and resolutions to team members and managementOversee communication channels, ensuring that cross functional stakeholders are informed about changes and engaged throughout the processEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in related field3+ years of project management experience, with prior working experience within fragrance or cosmetic industries requiredRegulatory experience preferredRequired SkillsComprehensive knowledge of project management tools and best practiceExperienced in leading organizations through all phases of change, from preparation and execution to assessment and monitoring.Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesConfident communicator with excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering project updates to senior leadershipWe OfferThe salary range for this position is $100,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurable with skills, experience, and qualificationsBonus opportunity based on personal and business performanceRobust healthcare, insurance, and benefit optionsPaid time off policies including vacation, personal, holiday, and sick days401K plus company matchOptions to support development, including complimentary access to LinkedIn LearningAn entrepreneurial career with a dynamic environment where all voices are heard and appreciatedLow hierarchy with high visibility to C-Suite on a regular basisA growing company with a proven track record of solid financial stabilityInterparfums USA, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing fair and equitable employment opportunities in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
