Role Description This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Founding Partner specializing in Underwriting & Acquisitions at Brick AI. The individual in this role will spearhead underwriting and investment activities, including deal sourcing, developing financial models, and conducting feasibility studies on real estate opportunities. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to refine investment strategies, leveraging the AI-platform to identify opportunities, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term growth and acquisition goals. As a founding partner, you will directly influence the strategic direction and growth trajectory of Brick AI. Qualifications Strong financial analysis and underwriting experience, including advanced proficiency in financial modeling and feasibility assessments Experience in real estate acquisitions, deal sourcing, and overseeing transaction processes Proficiency in analyzing market trends, portfolio management, and predictive analytics for real estate investments Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders Creative problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and deliver actionable insights Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning A strong understanding of real estate investment principles and operation strategies
