Production Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities Monitor production applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace and Tivoli Netcool Manage incidents, alerts, and event escalations in production environments Troubleshoot application, Unix/Linux, and JVM-related issues Perform root cause analysis and support problem management activities Ensure system stability, availability, and performance Work closely with development, infrastructure, and support teams Follow ITIL-based incident and problem management processes Key Requirements and Technology Experience Must have skills: Production Support, Unix/Linux, Application Monitoring Production Support / Event Incident Management (EIM) Dynatrace & Tivoli Netcool Monitoring Unix/Linux & JVM Support ITIL-based Incident & Problem Management Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Our client is a leading Banking and Financial Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
