Facilities Management Compliance Officer / Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Facilities Management Compliance Officer / Compliance Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Facilities Management | HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, - Multi-Trade Work with outside vendors to determine their strengths and areas of expertise. Need to be well versed in areas of maintenance, operation, and repair of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and HVAC equipment. Will work remote as part of team. Need to be able to make outbound phones calls to vendors· Maintain accurate records of vendors and their skills. Respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in building systems maintenance Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA Universal Certification, Master Electrician, HVAC license) strongly preferred. Proficient in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
