The Behavior Technician will provide natural play-based therapy in a home and/or school setting. BT will report to an Assistant Clinical Manager and is expected to follow an intervention plan created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. BT will work closely with the Assistant Clinical Manager to ensure the intervention plan is being followed and/or adjusted as needed. BT will record data for each session in order to keep track of the progress with the child and for the BCBA and ACM to review.
