Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Bilingual Spanish Maintenance Tech to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will provide general repair, maintenance, and improvement services for our properties, ensuring everything is safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role requires versatility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor repairs. Install, replace, and repair fixtures, appliances, and hardware. Maintain and repair flooring, walls, windows, doors, and cabinetry as needed. Assemble furniture and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner. Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory. Follow safety procedures and building codes. Communicate with property owners, supervisors, or clients regarding maintenance needs and completion status. Requirements Proven experience as a handyman or in general maintenance. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
