Technical Leadership: Oversee system integrations, APIs, and platform governance. Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and federal standards. Process Improvement: Optimize project intake and evaluation workflows with data-driven insights. Preferred Qualifications5+ years in Product/Program Management (enterprise IT or large organizations preferred). Experience with data pipelines, GIS/spatial systems, cloud (Azure/AWS), or enterprise platforms (ServiceNow). Strong vendor management background overseeing outsourced development.
