Title: IT Sourcing LeaderLocation: NY 10016Duration: 6 month contract to hire Shift: M-F 9am-5pm (2x a week onsite)Salary: $60-$70 hourly Job Description:Insight Global is seeking an IT Software Sourcing Leader for one of New York’s leading hospital systems. This role will partner with MCIT, IT Finance, Legal, and vendor leadership to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals, focusing on quality, innovation, cost savings, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing multi-year sourcing strategies, leading end-to-end RFx processes, managing vendor relationships, negotiating complex software agreements (including SaaS and perpetual licenses), conducting market and spend analysis, and driving cost optimization through TCO analysis. The position also involves risk management, compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.5+ years of strong experience in strategic sourcing with a focus on IT in any area: telecom, hardware, software, end user equipment, infrastructure, etc.Strong sourcing fundamentals (Strategic sourcing planning, vendor + end user relationship management, negotiation and contract management, market analysis, cost management, risk management)
