Onward Reserve is dedicated to providing customers with exceptional service and curated, high-quality products.OverviewWe're looking for a self-starting, relationship-driven Specialty Retail Sales Manager to manage and grow our wholesale presence with independent boutiques and specialty retailers across a six-state South Central territory. You'll carry the Onward Reserve line into accounts that align with the brand. What You'll OwnManage and grow an existing book of specialty retail accounts across TX, OK, KS, AR, LA, and MSActively prospect and open new specialty retail doors consistent with the Onward Reserve brand positioningPresent seasonal collections and close orders; follow through on delivery, reorders, and account serviceDevelop strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision-makers at each accountRepresent the brand at trade shows and regional buying markets as neededReport weekly territory activity, pipeline, and account health to the VP of SalesBring market intelligence back to the business What You Bring3–5+ years of outside wholesale sales experience in apparel, lifestyle goods, or a related categoryExisting relationships with specialty men's retailers in the territory strongly preferredAppreciation for the southern lifestyle and men's apparel markets Proven ability to manage a full territory independently: prospecting, selling, and following throughOrganized, reliable, and comfortable with order entry systems and basic reportingWillingness to travel frequently within the territoryCompensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary that is commensurate with experience, along with a strong list of company benefits.
