The candidate will be comfortable with receiving constructive feedback and demonstrate an ability to take direction.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and post marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTubeAssist in planning, hosting, and supporting live social media eventsCreate social media metrics reports using data from multiple sourcesDevelop documentation of social media solutions and strategiesSupport team training effortsSkills And Capabilities:Understands the importance of a brand story & voiceStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to engage key internal stakeholders to achieve objectivesExcellent communicator both written and verbalDetail-oriented and deadline-focusedInquisitive and eager to learnCollaborative approachJob RequirementsDetails:Requirements:3 years of related work experience, preferably in a healthcare environmentExcellent knowledge of major social media platforms: Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and experience of marketing across these channelsExperience with Streamyard, Sprinklr, or other social media management tools (will be looking at candidates with Sprinklr first)Experience with social media data sources and analysisLive social media event experience preferredProficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPointMarketing degree, Diploma in Marketing or equivalent experience.*Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
